Born to Run 5 Mile Race

What better way to follow up Thanksgiving than to run a road race? Today was my chance to play spectator and watch Mrs. Progman tear up the road in the Freehold Area Running Club’s annual Born to Run 5 mile race. She ran an outstanding race, despite the fact that the training has been sporadic lately due to hectic work schedules. This race is a must do since it is about a mile from our house. I was up early this morning to do my running and ran part of the course, just to get myself fired to watch this race.
